Instructions for Setting Up your Customer Account on the New PkgPlace App

Every customer (new or current) needs to set up a new account in the new PkgPlace App. That includes YOU!!

How to Create a New Account…

1. Create a new Account

On the Book a Delivery Page https://pkgplace.com/book-a-delivery/ …

Select “Create New Account”. Every customer (new or old) needs to setup a New Account in the New PkgPlace App

2. Complete Sign Up Form

Fill in the boxes with the requested info as if you are opening a new account… All new orders going forward can only be placed from within a New Account. Start with filling in your Contact Info and don’t forget… a Password.

3. Use Dropdown for accurate address information

Begin to fill out your Address Info… Google Maps database will provide a selection of address options. Select your correct delivery address from the drop down menu options — no PO box numbers. The address fields below the Address box will auto populate from the Google Maps database. Ensure all info is correct.

4. Click on Sign Up

Click on “Sign Up” button! You are almost done!

5. Log In

You will be directed to a Login page to get into the New PkgPlace App.

Simply fill in the email and password you provided then click on the “Login” button.
